Head of Assessment Centre – Alternative Provision
January 2027 | Kent
An exciting opportunity to lead a new Assessment Centre supporting children and young people with SEND, neurodevelopmental differences and additional needs.
We are seeking an experienced secondary SENDCo with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, who can bring together families, schools, professionals and the Local Authority to ensure young people are properly understood and supported.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape a strengths-based, holistic assessment model and develop a clear pathway from assessment to practical support and appropriate provision.
