We are a small, specialist team focused solely on education leadership. With more than 20 years’ experience in senior leadership recruitment across schools and trusts, we understand the people, challenges and pressures involved in finding the right solution.

Our clients value our knowledge, our personal approach and the service we provide. We take the time to understand each school or trust, what it needs and the challenges it faces, and we work tirelessly to find the right person or solution.

Our associates are experienced education leaders and specialists who understand the realities of working in schools and trusts.

Our network includes interim headteachers and executive leaders, as well as specialists in school improvement, SEND, behaviour, finance, operations and other areas of education leadership.

We build our network throug strong relationships, recommendations and referrals. This enables us to connect our associates with roles, projects and consultancy opportunities that may not be available through the open market.
