Primary School Improvement Advisor – East Anglia
We are looking for an experienced Primary School Improvement Advisor with capacity to support a number of primary schools across East Anglia during the Autumn Term, with the potential for the work to continue into the Spring Term.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Headteacher who can provide effective challenge, support and guidance to both experienced Headteachers and those who are new to headship. You will be someone who can act as a trusted sounding board, offering practical advice, professional insight and encouragement as school leaders navigate the opportunities and challenges of their roles.
You will ideally have:
- Significant experience as a Primary Headteacher.
- A strong understanding of school improvement and effective leadership.
- Experience supporting, mentoring or coaching other Headteachers.
- The ability to build positive and trusting relationships quickly.
- Experience across a variety of primary school settings and contexts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- The flexibility and capacity to work across a number of schools in the East Anglia region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school leader who enjoys working alongside Headteachers, sharing expertise and making a tangible difference to school leadership and improvement.
