Working with a small MAT supporting Local Authorities within the SEND/AP change programme, providing Subject Matter Expertise on the AP reforms with the SEND/AP Green paper. Wider work with the Trust supporting individual MAT’s who are looking to develop their Trust wide inclusion offer.

Experience needed:

  • Substantial leadership background in SEND/AP settings
  • School improvement background and evidence of impact
  • Ability to work with high level executives such as Director of Children’s Services and MAT CEO’s
  • Flexibility in working approach – location, days and the ability to meet requests at short notice
  • Able to travel nationally
