Interim Senior Leader

We are working with a multi-academy trust in the North West seeking interim leadership support during the autumn and spring terms to support a restructure within one of their academies.

The trust is looking for an experienced education leader with a strong background in behaviour, inclusion and school improvement. The role would particularly suit an experienced Headteacher or Senior Deputy Head with the capacity to commit between 3 and 5 days per week.

This is an opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership during a key period of transition, supporting both staff and pupils through organisational change.
