We are seeking talented practitioners to support a number of academies across the Midlands and the North of England.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, heads of department, and classroom teachers to help drive standards and improve outcomes. Your work will include:

  • Coaching and mentoring staff

  • Driving departmental improvement

  • Some focused Y11 teaching or intervention sessions
